In the first season of Diablo 4, players became increasingly frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of variety and content. Now the call for a new type of class is getting louder and louder, which should provide more variety and a breath of fresh air in the gameplay.
Some Diablo 4 players want a paladin-style class. In the game, players can choose between five classes before creating a character. Each of these classes has a specific play style and different abilities. Reddit user Secondusx has expressed his desire to play the Paladin class in Diablo 4. The biggest problem with Diablo 3 and Diablo 4 is that many players feel like they can’t enjoy certain classes.
Many players agreed with Secondusx’s post and one player suggested naming the Paladin class in Diablo 4 “Heretic.” Another player suspects that Paladin was actually planned by the developers, but will be integrated into the title only with the first expansion. There will be paid expansions for Diablo 4, but more details are not yet known. Another player adds that he thinks it’s a mistake on Blizzard’s part that Diablo 4 doesn’t have a swordsman class from the beginning, as it does in almost every medieval fantasy game.
Diablo 4’s first season had some controversial moments, frustrated players, and a long wish list of what the community wanted to add to the game. There will be two live streams over the next few days to showcase Diablo 4 Season 2, which begins on October 17. Users hope that the new season will finally bring a breath of fresh air. Diablo 4 is available for PC, Playstation 4/5, Xbox Series
