The M650-6610 injection molding machine with 110mm screw diameter will be seen in practical use. Using a tool from Allit, the machine will produce a 935-gram storage container.
Energy-saving servo motor hydraulic system
The machine with two servo hydraulic plates impresses with its closing forces From 4,500 to 11,000 kN, proving its flexibility for a variety of applications. Powered by a servo-hydraulic motor, the injection molding machine has enhanced specifications, a comprehensive range of performance and intuitive controls. Additionally, faster closing speeds, a reliable locking system, and extended ejector reach ensure faster tool changes and optimal productivity.
Modern and sustainable automation technology
Sustainability is at the forefront of the M Series plastic processing solutions. It ensures reduced dry cycle time, low energy consumption, and low lubricant requirements.
The PCR-PP plastic used at the trade show is supplied by Grüner Punkt, a recovery systems provider.
The cast part is removed from the machine by a Sepro robot, model Success 33 TE. This removal solution ensures seamless integration of modern automation technology. All tasks required to be completed in the removal process are performed quickly and accurately using an easy-to-use control system.
