QDH: We tested Hopper in Montenegro

Dear Huberquizzers!
User Schildlaus gets an extra point today. This person realized that I forgot to change the number from 268 to 269 in the last teaser. That’s why there will now be two 268’s forever – not 269. If someone feels called to create a Wikipedia page for QDH, that would be a fun fact.
So today we have QDH #270 and we are testing our brightest candle in Montenegro. I hope Hopper has more fun over there than Walter Sahley did here with our questions. He recently called her “stupid.” He once instilled in me that there are no stupid questions. This rule probably does not apply to Quizmasters.
What is the Huber test?
In Quizz den Huber, you have the opportunity to compete in the quiz against the smartest of our employees (Daniel Huber, the brightest candle of Watson, the big Hubini, the Hubster or just “Hello!”). We ask about classic general education subjects such as geography, history, art, culture, etc. With some exceptions, the test appears every Sunday at 8pm on watson.ch.
Dear Walter Sahli, wherever you are, I hope the questions suit your taste today. And the fact that you have only now noticed that with 0, 1 and 2 points you are always greeted with “it doesn’t matter” speaks volumes about your testing qualities.
finally! After 15 years of “journalism,” I was able to write a word consisting of two questions for the first time. M. From L., you owe me 10 Stutz.
Now we move on to the problematic test:
