At least 13 people were killed in a fire in a nightclub in the southern Spanish city of Murcia. Four more people were injured, emergency services said on Sunday via Internet X, formerly Twitter. She added that firefighters are trying to determine the number of missing people. There was previously talk of six deaths.
According to information, emergency services were alerted at around 6 a.m. on Sunday morning. After the fire It broke out at the disco. Rescue workers were said to have been able to enter the building in the Atalaya area only at 10am after putting out the fire. The injured are two men, aged 41 and 45, and two women, aged 22 and 25. Therefore, they suffered from smoke inhalation.
According to photos released by emergency services, this was the “Teatre” dance club, also known as “Fonda Milagros”. The images showed a dense area rising from the roof of the building. The city administration in X. said that rescue workers were still on duty.
