The Weston High boys basketball team lost 52-45 to Valley Regional of Deep River in the finals of the state Class M tournament on Friday at Mohegan Sun to finish the season.
Weston, ranked 23rd, led 20-17 at halftime before fifth-ranked Valley Regional rallied in the third quarter.
Charlie DiPasquale led Weston with 24 points in his final high school basketball game, including one three-pointer. Asher Lee-Tyson scored 11 with two three-pointers.
Grant Limone (pictured) scored six. Ethan Lee-Tyson and Erik Dammen-Brower each sank two. Pascal Arvoy led in rebounds with 10.
Weston finishes the season at 14-12 overall.
