Fighting intensifies on the Dnipro River

Britain warns of escalation of fighting along the Dnipro River as Ukraine expands its military operations in the region and Russia strengthens its strategic artillery position.

According to information from Great Britain, fighting is raging in the lower Dnipro River in Ukraine. The British Ministry of Defense said on Wednesday that Ukraine is intensifying its military operations in the region and is now establishing small bridgeheads on the eastern bank, which it has controlled since the summer.

It is believed that the Russian army had already prepared for such incidents by moving its forces from the West Bank 12 months ago. The British Ministry of Defense announced that “there are early indications that Russia has significant artillery assets near the river.” Particular mention is made of the newly formed 18th Russian Army.
