Gov. Dannel Malloy is scheduled to attend a fund-raising breakfast with U.S. Congressman Jim Himes, the Democratic incumbent and candidate for the 4th District, on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Weston Field Club, 38 Ladder Hill Road South in Weston.
