The Weston High girls tennis team lost 6-1 to Joel Barlow inthe South-West Conference girls tennis semifinals on Thursday. The loss stopped Weston’s run of five straight league championships and prevents it from reaching the title match for the first time since 2006.
First singles player Kimmy Guerin had Weston’s only win, defeating Paige Twombly 6-1, 6-0.
