On Sunday, Aug. 26, Weston police observed a truck pulling a trailer on Newtown Turnpike near Bisceglie Park without Dept. of Transportation numbers or a company name on the truck door.
After examining the vehicle, police noticed the vehicle had improper brakes and that the driver, Timothy Bigham of Danbury, was operating the vehicle without a commercial driver’s license. Mr. Bigham was issued an infraction for operating a vehicle with defective equipment and for operating a commercial vehicle without a commercial license.
