So exhausted, Julian called his fans in the morning. At 8 am, he and his girlfriend woke up at the hotel – logically with a huge time difference under their belts.
While his girlfriend, Tanya McCarric, 25, was in the bathroom, the social media star welcomed her community. The day had just begun in Vancouver, the sun was shining over the city. On the other hand, his fans in Germany were already nearing the end of the day at this point. Because in this country it was already 5 pm. “Did you put lotion on, honey?” Suddenly a voice rang out from behind the room and brought a smile to the 29-year-old’s lips.
“She always reminds me to put lotion on my face because my skin feels dry,” Julian explained.

However, there is still doubt as to whether fat is the best approach when faced with the risk of travel fatigue. Because the huge difference of nine hours is not easy for the human body to pack.

“But we got up at about 7 a.m. We’re really there now, aren’t we? If we go to bed normally at 10 p.m. tonight, I’ll have a more natural rhythm than in Germany,” he tried to explain my double dad.
So during the day we went to cafes and parks, through the city and in the evening even to the gym. At this point, the clocks in Germany were already showing 4:20 am.
From that moment on, Julian’s body seemed to have surrendered. After the sport, he “rested” for a while and apparently fell asleep and woke up again at 3:41 AM Canadian time – midday in Germany.

Two hours later, the stomach also called and asked for food. So Julian went looking for food around 5am – and it stands to reason that restaurants were still closed. “I’m going to have dinner now. It doesn’t make sense anymore,” he finally had to admit shyly. Even the 24-hour takeaway was closed.
Julian fails miserably in his highly optimistic plan to beat jet lag.
