Take-Two Interactive recently released its latest earnings report, and it looks like they revealed a certain timeline for when we can expect Rockstar’s GTA 6. Perhaps the most eagerly awaited title in video game history, it looks like Rockstar is ready to bid on its time with Grand Theft Auto. 6 in fiscal year 2023. -365 pipeline from Take-Two does not list the rock giant.

The 2005-2002 fiscal year timeline lists games like The Quarry and upcoming Marvel’s Midnight Suns, as well as New Tales from the Borderlands — but does not include GTA 6. Take-Two has also frequently updated fiscal 2005/25. With Q4 FY 2022 results – so there’s little chance that Grand Theft Auto 6 will appear in this particular pipeline.

As of now, Rockstar has confirmed that GTA 6 is already in development, but has not provided an update since that infamous tweet.

Rockstar Games has been criticized for a crisis in the past, and the studio has completely overhauled its development plan and ergonomics after Red Dead Redemption 2. This likely means that both the publisher and studios will try to avoid crisis situations as much as possible – which likely means a longer development cycle for GTA 6.

The pressure on Rockstar is massive with the upcoming title and the scale and scope of the game should be mind-boggling considering what they’ve been able to achieve with previous Grand Theft Auto titles. Adding to the workload, Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Online are needed to constantly receive quality updates.

Rockstar Games hasn’t released any other information about the game yet, so it looks like it might be a long time before we hear or see anything else about GTA 6.
