In the current Z Magazine competition, we are offering three “Stay and Dine” packages at the four-and-a-half star “The Cambrian” for two people, each valued at CHF 615.

Sophisticated, uncomplicated and exquisite urban flair: The Cambrian Hotel in Adelboden exemplifies exquisite design, pure wellness and unique pleasure: the quality and origin of ingredients is a fundamental part of the restaurant’s “Bryn Williams at Cambrian” philosophy. As many of the ingredients as possible come from the mountains, lakes, rivers and farms of the region and in the canton of Bern.

Celebrity Chefs at Bryn Williams at The Cambrian

The spirited hospitality reflects the hotel’s coexistence with Swiss and Welsh influences: “Chief Patron” Brian Williams (photo) comes from North Wales and they’ve cooked up at some of London’s most famous restaurants. Originally from North London, Chef Will Gordon worked for prestigious chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK before his culinary journey in the Swiss Alps met his mentor Brian Williams.
