Menorah lights the night in Weston

Doughnuts, latkes and dreidels were part of the Hanukah festivities at an outdoor menorah lighting ceremony at Weston Center on Tuesday, Dec. 12. The event was led by Rabbi Levi Stone of the Schneerson Center. Hanukah, the festival of lights, celebrates the victory of the Maccabees over the Greek Syrian oppressors in the land of Israel and the rededication of the temple in Jerusalem with the lighting of the menorah.
