Paris & Co. begins its North American adventure – Alpine skiing

After scrapping the slopes in Zermatt/Cervinia, the quick guys must be patient. The Azzurri team around Dominik Paris began their training camp in Colorado on Tuesday.

The men’s World Cup team embarked on a long transatlantic journey yesterday to train for ten days – from Tuesday 8 to Saturday 19 November – on the slopes of Copper Mountain in Colorado. Head coach Massimo Carca has decided to call up eleven athletes to prepare as best as possible for the next outing at the farthest stadium in Lake Louise, Canada, where the Azzurri will run downhill and two Super Gs from November 25-27.

After a month we continue to Beaver Creek (Colorado) a few hours from Denver. On December 29, the first practice session for the two downhill races planned for December 2 and 3 will take place, before the North American Tour concludes with a Super-G race on December 4.

Dominic Paris, Mattia Cass, Guglielmo Busca, Christoph Enrhofer, Matteo Marsaglia, Niccol Moltini, Florian Cheddar, Pietro Zazzi, Giovanni Franzoni, Emmanuel Pozzi and Matteo Franzoso.
