December 21, 2022: Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (“Caledonia” or the “Company” – declares that the Company received notification on December 19, 2022 from Van Eck Associates Corporation, which is a “significant shareholder” in the Company through two of its funds, pursuant to AIM rules for companies that Van Eck Associates Corporation has changed interest in and the Company has exceeded a certain threshold for disclosure of its interest in the Company on December 16, 2022 by increasing its stake in the company from 3.63% to 4.128%.
