Axel Rink not only took care of the City Wall Museum, he also promoted the Twin Cities with Markham. Now he passed away at the age of 101.
Many knew him, and those who knew him will never forget him – but no one knew him completely: Axel Rink died last Sunday at St. Vincent’s Nursing Home in Nordlingen. He will be 101 in October. A life remarkable in many ways came to an end.
