For him, the United States is now more than a land of unlimited calorie opportunities…
Does the Super Bowl make you hungry for America? Star chef Frank Rosen, 56, is currently driving 6,000 kilometers across the states for a documentary (Roadtrip America, Thursday, 8:15 p.m., Kabel1) with two-star restaurants.
“From a culinary perspective, the United States is only a developing country at first glance,” Rosen tells BILD. “If you look to the right and left of the highway, you’ll spot things that deserve informed treatment.”
More than half of Americans are overweight. upward direction. Rosen: “The trick is not to indulge in excess. As the son of a fried potato stand owner, I grew up with a sucker for french fries.”
He continues, “Anyone who is fundamentally sincere in their relationship to nutrition can cheat their taste buds with junk food. Those who exercise properly can treat themselves to freedom for one US day a month.”
