Frank Rosen: Star Chef Showcases Bild’s American Favorites | entertainment

For him, the United States is now more than a land of unlimited calorie opportunities…

Does the Super Bowl make you hungry for America? Star chef Frank Rosen, 56, is currently driving 6,000 kilometers across the states for a documentary (Roadtrip America, Thursday, 8:15 p.m., Kabel1) with two-star restaurants.

“From a culinary perspective, the United States is only a developing country at first glance,” Rosen tells BILD. “If you look to the right and left of the highway, you’ll spot things that deserve informed treatment.”
