After American Express GBT, BCD Travel has now signed an expanded agreement with Amadeus. John Snyder, President and CEO of BCD Travel, promises that it will provide corporate clients with new content opportunities.
The companies plan to collaborate on several initiatives under the new agreement, the companies said, including BCD’s integration of Amadeus’s New Distribution Capability content and end-to-end workflow functionality. BCD will leverage Amadeus’ technology, content and expertise to support operations in additional markets, and Amadeus will grow its business with BCD, particularly in the UK, Ireland and North America.
“Expanding our partnership will provide our enterprise customers with more content choices, particularly through broad adoption of NDC, while streamlining and streamlining our technology footprint and distribution infrastructure,” said Snyder. “The new agreement offers great potential for mutual growth,” said Decius Valmorbida, President of Amadeus Travel.
