The drama “Times of Upheaval” hits theaters in November. Leading actress Anne Hathaway promoted her new movie at the New York Film Festival in style.
Anne Hathaway, 39, attended the New York Film Festival on Wednesday (October 12). At the presentation of her new film “Times of Upheaval” she caught everyone’s attention. She appeared in a long-sleeved dress embroidered with sequins and beads. This fell on the calf where it met the pointed silver-heeled shoes. The actress chose silver nail polish and jewelry to match the outfit.
She kept her hair and makeup simple. She wore her dark dark open belly with a parting in the middle. The actress emphasized her eyes with black eyeliner and her cheeks with a hint of pink blush.
Anne Hathaway appeared on the red carpet with fellow actors Jeremy Strong (43), Banks Repetta and Jaylene Webb and director James Gray (53). Anthony Hopkins (85), also part of the “Times of Upheaval” cast, has walked away from the show.
This is what “Times of Troubles” is all about.
“Times of Upheaval” is a coming-of-age story about the power of family and the cross-generational quest for the American Dream. At the center of the semi-autobiographical drama is the teenager James Gray. He had attended the same private school as Donald Trump in the 1980s in Queens, New York. Anne Hathaway plays Esther Graff, whose character is based on James Gray’s mother.
The Times of Upheaval celebrates its theatrical premiere on October 28, 2022 in the United States. The film can also be seen in German cinemas from mid-November.
