“It’s Friday night, you know what that means!”. With these words commentators Excalibur, Jim Ross and Tony Schiavone welcome us to today’s edition of “AEW Rampage” before jumping straight into the first match of the evening.

1. Competition
AEW World Tag Team Championship
Three way tag team match
The Acclaimed (Max Castor & Anthony Bowens) (c) defeated The Butcher & The Blade and The Private Party (Mar Quen & Isiah Cassidy) by pinfall on Anthony Bowens after a Mike Drop by Max Castor.
Match Time: 09:57

Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews the company (Stokley Hathaway & Gunn Club: Golden Gunn & Austin Gunn). The Sons of Billy Gunn taunted FDR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) and announced that they would be doing a trademark move in the tag team division: skipping all teams to see #1. 1 to be a contender.

In another interview, Lexi Nair welcomes now TBS Champion Jade Cargill. She laments the lack of a match in the women’s division until she is interrupted by Vickie Guerrero and Nyla Rose. Ross issues a challenge for the TPS Championship, which Cargill accepts. However, the match will not take place until Kargil is ready.

2. Competition
Singles match
Lee Moriarty (w/ Stokley Hathaway & W. Morrissey) defeated Fuego del Sol via submission in the Border City stretch.

W. Morrissey chokeslammed Fuego Del Sol after the match.

Lexi Nair now welcomes “Hangman” Adam Page and the Dark Order for an interview. Page discusses his upcoming title match against John Moxley before being interrupted by Andrade El Idolo, Rush and Jose The Assistant. Andrade again asks Pres10 Vance to join his team. After Pres10 Vance declines the invitation again, Andrade makes him a special offer. The next installment of Rampage will mark the second anniversary of Brady Lee’s last match. On this occasion he challenges 10 matches. If 10 people lose, he must drop the mask he received from Lee. If 10 wins in 10 matches, Andrade’s career with AEW ends and he accepts the challenge on the condition that he leave the company. Andrade accepts the stipulation and next week it’s The Mask vs. AEW Career! The company arrives in the persona of Ethan Page and Stokely Hathaway and warns Andrade. Matt Hardy is meddling in the private party’s affairs and he needs to stop this.

3. Competition
Singles match
Jamie Heider (w/ Britt Baker & Rebel) defeated Willow Nightingale by pin after a short arm lariat.
Match Time: 07:02

A video hypes the tag team alliance of TNT Champion Wardlow and ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe, playing as WarJoe.

Ryan Nemeth comes out and insults the fans in Philadelphia in a promo. As he mocks ECW, Hook interrupts. Doss’ son Ryan takes Nemeth into the redrum and knocks him out. The Trustbusters then enter the hall and place an envelope on stage. As Hook goes backstage, he picks up the envelope.

A hype video played for the upcoming title match between AEW World Champion John Moxley and “Hangman” Adam Page. The fans are sure to be behind him in this match. A staff member informed Moxley that the match would be held in Cincinnati, his home town. Page may have forgotten this and is a little more reluctant after this information.

As usual, there will be a split screen interview with Mark Henry before today’s main event. Henry asks John Silver what he thinks of Andrade’s poaching efforts. Silver replies that unlike Andrade’s group, the Dark Order is a real family. Then Rush, Silver’s opponent for the day, speaks, and the Mexican says there are many words spoken here, and he’s come to fight. Henry agrees and it’s time for the main event!

Tony Storm, Athena & Willow Nightingale vs. Jamie Hader, Serena Depp & Penelope Ford have been confirmed for next week’s AEW Dynamite. Next week’s AEW Rampage will feature Mask vs. Pres10 Vance and Andrade El Idolo. Participate in Career Competition. Pac vs. for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship. John Silver & Alex Reynolds were attacked by Andrade El Idolo & Rush after the match. The rest of the Dark Order rush into the hall, as do The Butcher & The Blade. In the end, “Hangman” Adam Page saves for his Dark Order friends. He moves into a buckshot lariat on Rush, but Rush dodges and Jose goes for the finisher instead. “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Excalibur announces that there will be a Rush on Dynamite fight. The problem ends with these images.
