Fireworks in Weston tonight

Weston’s 4th of July celebration, including live music, barbecue, performances by the Magic Genie, and a fireworks display, is set for tonight, Wednesday, July 4, at the field behind Weston Middle School. Gates open at 4:30. Admission is $5 per person; children four and under are free.

Parking is available in all the school lots. School Road will be closed to all traffic at the Lords Highway entrance beginning at 7 p.m.

Music is scheduled to begin at 5. The fireworks begin at 9:20 and are expected to last about 40 minutes.

The rain date for fireworks and food only is Thursday, July 5.
