Weston Senior Activities Center is accepting items for ‘re-gifting’ sale

The Weston Senior Activities Center is collecting new and unused items for its holiday “re-gifting” sale.

Have you received any gifts that you haven’t used because they just don’t fit your personality? Any items you forgot to return and missed the return cut off? Did you buy anything that seemed great at the time but realized later that you have never used it? The Senior Center would love to have those items.

Last year was the center’s first re-gifting sale and in a very short window of time, it collected enough items for a holiday sale that raised more than $1,000.

This year, the center hopes to do even more. The sale is a fun way to donate unwanted “gifts” that can be sold to raise money for the Senior Center, and a great way to shop for the holidays.

The sale opens at 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, and runs through Nov. 30.
