The Weston High boys lacrosse team held on to defeat New Fairfiled 5-4 at home on Thursday.
The two teams battled to a 2-2 tie after one quarter and 4-4 at halftime. Weston scored the only goal of the second half, coming in the fourth quarter, for the win.Captains Lyle Mitchell and Jack Scheufele each scored two goals for Weston. Richie Miller also scored a goal.
Grant Limone made 16 saves in goal for Weston, now 4-2 overall.
