The 22nd annual Weston Speak Up, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Weston, is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 9, in the Community Room of the Weston Public Library from 10:30 to noon.
A panel of many of Weston’s elected officials — members of all boards and commissions — and appointed officials such as the town administrator and the police chief, have been invited to answer questions from the public. Weston’s state legislators have also been invited.
The Speak Up forum is moderated, but members of the public may ask any question or make any statement. Questions may be directed at a specific person, or may be answered by more than one panelist.
The event will be taped and shown on Cablevision’s government access channel 79, as well as posted on the meeting video section of the town website, westonct.gov.
Light refreshments will be served.
