On Sunday, Dec. 2, Chirp, a Maine coon cat that belongs to the McCormicks on Old Easton Turnpike in Weston, didn’t come home after nine years of the same early morning routine.
“We hope he may be hiding from an animal and scared to move. Please check your garages and areas where a cat might hide to make sure he isn’t there,” said Ellen McCormick.
Chirp is not wearing a collar but he is up to date with all shots. His left eye has a slight foggy look to it.
“He’s the “love of our lives” and we are despondent,” Ms. McCormick said.
If you spot him, call 203-227-6580.
