Wild African animals and natural organisms are the subjects of an art opening and reception at the Weston Public Library tonight, Thursday, June 7, from 7 to 9.
Against a background of African music and drums beats, complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served to visitors. The event is sponsored by the Weston Commission for the Arts.
Dr. Margaret Brooks, a sculptor, and painter Jeanette Hensinger will display their artwork in the library’s community room.
The free exhibit will run through Saturday, June 30.
