Monday, 5 p.m. Weston’s power outages are rising again. As of 5 p.m., CL&P is reporting 1,203 customers, or 31% of the town, are without power, and the number is climbing steadily.
Monday, 4 p.m. The number of homes in Weston without power has decreased since this afternoon. As of 4 p.m., CL&P reports that 769 customers in Weston, 20%, are without power. Statewide the number of outages has increased. 73,186 or 5% of CL&P customers are without power at this time.
Monday, 12:45 p.m. CL&P reports that 1,110 of their customers in Weston, 29% of the town, are without power at this time. Statewide, CL&P reports 18,527 customers are without power.
Monday, 12:05 p.m. CL&P is reporting that 8% of its customers in Weston, 310 households, are without power at this time. Statewide there are 13,885 reported outages. Joe Miceli, Weston’s Deputy Emergency Management Director, said all roads in town are passable at this time and the CL&P has several line crews staged in town for the storm.
