The Weston Kiwanis Club and the Weston Sustainability Committee are hosting a discussion with Bill Duesing, executive director of the Connecticut Northeast Organic Farming Association, on Saturday, June 2, at 8:30 a.m. at the Weston Kiwanis Club meeting held at the Norfield Church parish hall.
The topics of discussion will be: The value of organic farming to the community; and What’s in your food?: A discussion of genetically modified foods.
Mr. Duesing is an organic farmer, author and environmental artist.
The discussion is free and open to the public.
