John Shaban
Attorney John Shaban of Redding was recently recognized as an “AV” rated “Preeminent Attorney” by Martindale-Hubbell, the national association that tracks the legal profession. An AV score reflects the highest rating in both ethical standards and legal ability.
Mr. Shaban also serves in the Connecticut General Assembly as the state representative for Weston, Redding, and Easton, and where he serves on the Judiciary Committee, Environment Committee and Finance/Bonding Committee.
“I am honored that my peers saw fit to award me with an AV rating.” Mr. Shaban said. “I decided on a legal career to promote justice and good public policy, and I am proud to be part of the profession.”
Mr. Shaban is a litigation partner at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan in Greenwich. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a current emphasis on construction law, intellectual property protection, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, employment issues and environmental/energy law.
