The Weston High boys cross country team started the season by beating New Milford 27-28, Brookfield 20-38 and Immaculate 15-50 at home on Tuesday.
The win was Weston’s first over defending South-West Conference champ New Milford since 2008.
Noah Krassin led Weston, finishing third overall in 16 minutes, 44 seconds. He was one of four Weston runners in the top 10.
Will Glaser was fourth in 16:55 and James Murphy was three seconds and two places later. Sam Augustyn was ninth in 17:07 and Matt Proctor was right behind him in 17:08.
