Westonites Cathie Miller and Susan Catalano have started HireWorthy, a career coaching service that helps jobseekers maneuver through the search process by providing fast, affordable, one-on-one job coaching.
HireWorthy draws from combined experience as hiring managers and executive recruiters.
Ms. Miller, co-founder of HireWorthy, previously owned and operated WPPI, a staffing agency that serviced Wall Street firms for 15 years. She launched Miller Search Associates Inc., an executive search firm specializing in mid-level management positions with clients from diverse industries.
Ms. Catalano is co-founder of HireWorthy and an executive recruiter at Miller Search Associates and spent more than a decade in corporate human resources in the finance and health care industries.
