Update: 2:45 p.m. Old Mill Road was reopened at 2 p.m. to through traffic.
9:55 a.m.: Old Mill Road is closed this morning at both the Weston end and Wilton end at Cobb’s Mill Road.
Police say a car struck a utility pole and wires are dangling precariously.
Connecticut Light and Power Company has been called to the scene. No injuries were reported and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
