Weston Racquet Club Director of Tennis Angelo Rossetti spent an evening with Weston Troup 788 – 30 boy scouts and their parents – leading a discussion about setting and achieving goals.
“You can achieve what you set in your mind to do, and follow your Boy Scout promise – to do your very best,” he said.
“It was really cool,” saidd Grant Hoffman, a fifth grader. “He talked about setting goals – but it might be hard for me to wait so long!”
Weston Racquet Club works with many youth group organizations in the surrounding community, inspiring and motivating children of all ages to challenge themselves, to try new things, to teach them about fitness, and to encourage their individuality.
“Weston Racquet Club is a very valuable part of our community,” said John Babyak, Troup 788 scoutmaster. “We look forward to growing our relationship with them.”
