The Jewish Home of Fairfield County, a not-for-profit nursing home in Fairfield, has announced the launch, licensure and certification of the Chaifetz Family Hospice.
Hospice is now available to offer end-of-life care to those suffering from life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, COPD and dementia.
