Texas Hold’em and Blackjack, bocce ball, tabletop shuffleboard and horseshoes, live music from Midnight Rodeo, beer and wine, a cigar bar, old scotch tasting, and food catered by Let’s Dish is all part of the Weston Women’s League’s spring fund-raiser.
The league’s Aces Wild at the Barn takes place at 123 Kettle Creek Road, on Saturday, May 12. The community is invited to attend the event, which benefits The Children’s Connection, Weston Social Services, and Weston Boosters Club.
Aces Wild takes place between 7 and 11 p.m. and will feature a silent auction, including Red Sox and sought-after Ringo Starr tickets, weekend get-aways, and themed baskets.
Donations may be in the form of gift cards, services, or actual items. The league is seeking sponsors and offers various levels of promotion for businesses. Contact Kristin Adams at Kristin@kateandrewsplace.com.
Sponsorship information also is available on the league’s website, westonwomensleague.org.
The cost is $100 per person and tickets are on sale online.
“We’re very excited to produce this fun event for such worthwhile organizations,” said Heather Pemberton Levy, president of the Weston Women’s League. “The location is a beautiful Weston property that is the perfect setting for playing cards, listening to the terrific band, and enjoying a night out with friends.”
