Nancy Wergeles, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), of Weston is inviting women to join a divorce group that will meet every other week in Westport. The purpose of the group is to provide women with accessible and affordable therapeutic services while going through the separation and divorce process and adjusting to life as single parents.
The therapist said the social aspect of belonging to a group helps to end the sense of isolation often experienced by people going through the stresses and strains of divorce.
