Woman arrested for Weston theft

Tori Lynn Alvarez, 20, of Danbury, was arrested on June 6 for charges related to burglary, larceny, and failure to appear in court arrest warrants.

According to police, Ms. Alvarez was arrested in Bethel on June 6, when Bethel police learned she was also wanted in Weston and turned her over to Weston Police.

She was charged in Weston with burglary in the third degree and larceny in the fourth degree in connection with the reported theft of jewelry at a residence on Willow Road in January.

She was also charged with larceny in the fifth degree in connection with a theft of jewelry at a home on Old Redding Road.

In addition, she was charged with two PRAWN paperless re-arrest warrants for failing to appear in court in connection with arrests for burglary and larceny charges in Wilton.
