Baseball: Weston edges Immaculate

FI-baseballThe Weston High baseball team held on to defeat Immaculate 1-0 on Wednesday.

The game remained scoreless until the bottom of the sixth inning when Jared Weisman drove in Chris Jepsen on a sacrifice fly.

Each team managed four hits.

Starting pitcher Greg Kaeser went six shutout innings to get the win. Asher Lee-Tyson reieved him in the seventh for the save.

Weston is now 16-2 overall.
